We offer 4 options for leasing terms to give you the flexibility to not only sustain, but to grow as well. Roomie Rates are for professionals who are looking to share a studio suite with another trusted professional. We do not pair roommates as we want to give you the option to pick someone you work well with. You do not have to offer the same services to apply for a shared studio suite.
